1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: During high-volume periods (such as new book launches or holiday seasons), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We utilise a third-party fulfilment integration via Shipbubble, which connects us with various reputable courier partners to ensure competitive rates and reliable service.

3. Domestic Shipping Only
Currently, Bright Red Words Ltd focuses on the Nigerian market. Shipping is available to all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will generally attempt delivery to your provided address. If a delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts due to the customer being unavailable or providing an incorrect address, the package may be returned to our Lagos hub. In such cases:
- A re-delivery fee may apply.
- Please ensure that the phone number provided at checkout is reachable to coordinate with the dispatch rider.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Bright Red Words Ltd is not responsible for any additional local taxes or levies applied to your order during transit. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Damages and Issues
Bright Red Words Ltd is liable for items damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at brightredwords@gmail.com within three (3) days of receipt.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. You will be required to provide:
- Your Order Number.
- Clear photographs of the damaged packaging and the book itself.
8. Digital Products (Ebooks)
Shipping policies do not apply to ebooks. Ebooks are delivered virtually and instantly via the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your “Spam” or “Promotions” folder before contacting support.
